Can we pay in parts?
All payments are made in advance. Payment is non-refundable. All additional Services are charged separately 100 percent in advance. Charges may vary time to time without any prior information to the clients. Installments can avail on requests.
It important for the bride/groom and family to interact with lets merry team inventively on zoom call or actually meeting?
Yes absolutely important. We do not take up any alliance further until we do not know the family and the perfectly bride/groom well .it is a prerequisite for a services
Can we reschedule our meetings?
If the client postpones or cancel a one-to-one meeting with perspective partners rescheduling the meeting on a mutually agreed date n time by both the parties.

No one can guarantee a successful marriage we just work on the probability of it. We base our assumptions on information provided to us during verification by the client. The onus of truth and honest declarations completely lies with the clients.
Is it imported for the clients to keep lets marry in loop regarding the progress with prospective clients
It is important to both the parties to keep the communication through Lets marry core team. It’s mandatory to inform us on an email within 2days once your marriage is fixed either within our services or outside our service. Once a member of Let’s Marry, you remain a member till you get married. If the service period ends even then we will share your profile with the suitable match with your due consent
How many profiles do you share per month?
We wish there was a clear-cut answer for this. Match making is a slow process and sometimes there can be a month or multiple months without a profile being sent. The speed of the search is determined by the criteria set up by our members.

Is there a background check conducted?
We believe that our clients will share right information with us on all important aspects of their life if they are serious about their marriage. , LM does not conduct criminal background checks on any of our members. We pass the information of the client to interested parties based on information given by our clients. How so ever we interact with our clients to verify facts in our own ways.
Do you have a refund policy?
LetsMarry puts lot of efforts in the operations .it is not possible to refund fees in middle of the process.
Can the service provided by LetsMarry be terminated?
We may terminate our services if we find the information provided by the client are false and misleading. It is the responsibility of the clients to fully verify the facts of the prospect marriage alliance background after we have submitted the facts of the second party to them. Either of the party concealing or distorting important facts regarding physical and mental health, Financial and property background, Career or personal details shall be complete onus of that party. Let’s Marry cannot be sued for the lies and concealment of facts under any circumstances.
